NRAO
operates the Robert C. Byrd Green Bank Telescope (GBT), the world's
largest fully steerable single aperture antenna. In addition to
the GBT, several other telescopes exist at the Green Bank site.
Winter Hours: the Science Center is open Wed. -Sun. 10 a.m. - 5
p.m. The Starlight Café is open Wed. - Sun. 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Cameras are welcome, but please note that DIGITAL cameras are
not allowed in areas near the telescopes.
