It is that time of year to start planning for the 35th annual Autumn Harvest Festival and 28th annual WV RoadKill Cook-off. We are looking forward to a very exciting event with your support. We welcome all crafters, including emerging crafters from across WV and outside of the state. This year’s craft show will be a one day event on Saturday, September 25, 2021. The booths will be set up in downtown Marlinton.
If you are new to the Autumn Harvest/RoadKill Cook-off craft show, please provide the jury with 2-3 photos of your craft. You should email them to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and a brief description of your craft in the body of your email. If you prefer to mail us the pictures and description, please send to: Pocahontas County Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 272, Marlinton, WV 24954. As this is an arts/crafts show, we ask that products be handmade in nature.
New entries to be juried must be emailed or postmarked by August 2, 2021 in order for the jury to respond with an acceptance letter via email or by mail and to guarantee your space. Once you receive your acceptance, fill out the registration form and mail with a check for $60.00 made payable to Pocahontas County Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 272, Marlinton, WV, 24954.
All entries must be postmarked by August 6, 2021. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, with preference given to returning vendors from the prior year. We try our best to accommodate certain space requests, however we cannot guarantee you will be given the same space as year’s past.
