We were finally able to give our award for the Individual Pocahontas County Involvement Award!
Our honoree this year was nominated by Jessica S. for many deserving reasons. Bill Jordan is not only kind, friendly, humble, hardworking and dedicated, he is also selfless, caring and devoted to Pocahontas County. In one way or another, Bill has been volunteering his time for decades. 4- H, CVB, the Chamber, Snowshoe Foundation, and numerous boards and committees have been able to rely on him for years. He says he just can’t say no. That’s great for our community, maybe not so great for him.
When you see him out and about, stop and thank him for his efforts to make Pocahontas County a better place. His smile alone could do it. He absolutely deserves this recognition and we couldn’t be happier to honor him!
